What it is

A free pocket guide to Barcelona's 614 public play areas. Pick what your kids want to play on and their age, and it ranks the nearest matching parks. No sign-up, no ads.

Where the data comes from

Equipment, age groups, size and addresses come from Open Data BCN (Ajuntament de Barcelona, CC BY 4.0). Drinking fountains, ponds and summer climate shelters are counted within 150 m. Ground type and fences come from OpenStreetMap (ODbL) where mapped.

What it does not know

Opening hours follow the city rule (about 19:00 in winter, 21:00 in summer) and are not verified per park. The busy light is an estimate from time, calendar and park size, never measured. Toilets, shade and benches are not in official data.

How families help

On each park page, families can report closures, broken equipment, ground, shade, fences, toilets and benches. A fact shows as confirmed once 2 families agree, and always says where it comes from.

Privacy

Saved parks, visits, verdicts and your family profile stay on your device. Reports are anonymous. Your location is only used to sort parks and is never sent to us.

Who makes it
